Itchy Ben deep cleaning, super-soothing soap for horses is handmade, from carefully sourced ingredients; this gentle, lightly foaming soap can be used as a daily wash & preventative care, for horses that battle with itchy skin and bug bites.
I have recently discovered that the Itchy Ben Soap bar is effective in treating rain scald and mud fever - so recommend using it daily on these areas, as well (see before and after photos below).
The natural oils help condition, whilst added organic sulphur soothes and the citronella and tea tree act as a natural insect repellant - plus your horse will smell great !
I have developed my recipe over years and can honestly say that, if used regularly, you will notice a huge difference in your horses - and, as an added bonus, my soap can also be used on white areas to freshen & brighten. (I also use my soaps on my dogs, with great results).
I recommend using and storing your Itchy Ben Soothing Soap bar in the soap-saver, mesh bag (which comes free) - which is both convenient to hang-up after use (to keep your soap dry and longer lasting) and also stops you from dropping your soap in the mud, whilst washing your horse (which I used to do, often!)
By rubbing your wet horse with the soap in the bag, the mesh bag helps to create more of a foam. (Please note that my soap bars are not HUGE foamers as I do not include any unnatural foaming agents, but rather use Coconut Oil to create a natural foaming and moisturising agent).
